Mr. Shaye Chin is the Group CEO of Virtue Partners Management Group.
An accomplished former banker from multinational banks such as HSBC and Citibank, Mr. Shaye Chin is a successful entrepreneur with an extensive personal network.
During his time in the banking industry, Mr. Shaye Chin had been presented with numerous awards and invited as a speaker in various conventions, locally and internationally.
Beyond business relations, Mr. Shaye Chin is widely recognised as a patron of many charitable organizations within Singapore and Vietnam and is hugely enthusiastic about education for the underprivileged.
His vision to expand the business regionally has led to the creation of Virtue Partners Management (Vietnam).
Mr. Alan Phua is the Chief Executive Officer of Virtue Partners Management (Vietnam).
Alan started his career as a financial consultant and swiftly rose through the ranks to become a Director and the Head of Private Wealth in one of Singapore’s most established Financial Services organizations with 850 consultants.
During that time, he also headed other diverse portfolios such as Head of Recruitment as well as Head of Healthcare Services.
Alan’s rapid ascension through rank-and-file is testament to his resolve and dedication. He brings to the firm 2 decades of leadership experience and wisdom.
Alan is also a certified Will-Writer and Private Trust advisor by The Society of Will Writers (UK), possessing the Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®) accreditation by the Institute of Banking and Finance (Singapore).
Our Chief Executive Officer lends his expertise to our Trust & Distribution business, selecting and working closely with partners that can synergize with Virtue.
Alan is able to converse effectively in 3 languages, namely English, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
Mr. Edwin Yeo is the Chief Operating Officer of Virtue Partners Management (Vietnam).
With a background in Accountancy, Edwin co-founded a business in corporate secretarial services in 2018. His specialization within the business was compliance and taxation.
Edwin currently serves on the board of directors of the corporate secretarial business but has taken up a senior executive position in Virtue Partners Management (Vietnam).
His personal interest in mortgage planning led to his accreditation as an Accredited Mortgage Planner and a licensed real estate professional in 2013.
Both of these accreditations are perfectly aligned with Virtue’s product offering in offshore property investment opportunities.
